Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging

To start a return, please include your order number when contacting us at sales@radiantools.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@radiantools.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at sales@radiantools.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the address above.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Important)

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved promptly. Please contact us immediately at sales@radiantools.com.

UK & EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period by contacting us at sales@radiantools.com.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected, or upon proof that the goods have been returned.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This right does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
