Delivery
UK Mainland
Delivery costs are shown at checkout depending on the weight of items in the cart. You can choose between Royal mail first class (2-3 days) and Royal mail second class (3-5days) Orders ship with a tracking number and require a signature.
Europe
If you need the order to be sent to a european country then select this shipping option at checkout. The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Tracking numbers are provided in the order section of the website to check the progress of your order.
Rest of the World
If you need the order to be sent to the USA, Canada or anywhere else then select this shipping option at checkout. The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the weight of your order. 20% UK sales tax will not be included in the purchase price but the order may be subject to local sales tax and/or import fees when it goes through customs in the destination country. Tracking numbers are provided in the order section of the website to check the progress of your order.
We send a lot of order overseas and haven't had any problems so far. If you have any questions do let us know.
Dispatch
Please note we will do our best to dispatch orders the following day for orders placed Mon – Thurs. If you are in a remote area please bear in mind the extra time required for delivery. Please don’t schedule or commence any installation until you have received and checked the goods.
Returns
I need to return an item for a refund/exchangeAs long as the item is not used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange:
- Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit
- Goods must un-used with the wax seal in tact.
What happens next?
• We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.
• We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
• Full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.
My purchase was damaged/broken when received
We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please contact us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
When using email please include your order reference, this will ensure the speediest reply from our returns team. Goods must be accompanied with a letter detailing transaction number, customer details and a brief description of why the goods are being returned.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be used.
- Please include a postal receipt.
- We will refund postage costs but only Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcels for larger items.
- You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
