    Shipping Policy

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

    If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

    • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

    We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    International Orders

    For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

    Address Accuracy

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
