Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) is an extremely hard cutting material. These Diamond tipped tools last 30 to 50 times longer than TCT tools making them perfect for CNC machines in a mass production environment.

This tool is designed for machining pre-veneered sheet material without breakout on either side. Initial plunge should exceed the up-cut flute height of 10mm for best results.
