These cutters are made with the same attention to detail and quality as their big brothers but are better suited to more intricate work.

This cutter is perfect for very tight radii, particularly in the corners of pickup cavities on electric guitars.

The diameter is extremely small so care must be taken in terms of slow feed-rate and loading of the tool. We recommend passes of less than 1-2mm when trimming.

* The tool is not recommended for creating slots and channels, which stress the full width of the tool. It is Best used for creating tight radii on existing cavities.

6.35mm plunge router bit

I bought this to rout the truss rod channel for a guitar I’m building. Despite following the instructions for slow speed and shallow passes unfortunately the bit sheared. However Radian were quick to send a replacement and this one was perfect. Would have been 5 stars without this hiccup.
